Take one look at the tour and BDSM Giant is already a daunting site. But don't get too intimidated though, this is one large BDSM & fetish video site with over 260+ DVD's and a new one is added weekly. The best part is that your $24.95 monthly membership also gives access to another 12+ sites within the Ultra DVD Pass Network. So far we've only had a full-review on one of the 12+ sites, Ebony Max, and I enjoyed it, but hardcore fetish fans will definitely enjoy the numerous BDSM videos offered in pretty good quality format.
The Good:
- A nice sized collection of unique (but not exclusive) BDSM DVD content. Categories range from anal to lesbian, femdom to bondage and clothespins, leather and latex, spanking, tickling and even "electro".
- The site design is smooth and offers linked access to all the categories, stars, and studios. Navigation is easy and dynamic enough to give users some options.
- The high quality DVD downloads look nice overall and all scenes are offered in high, medium and low resolution as full-length WMV files.
The Bad:
- Since the video scenes are full-length, download-only files, you better be willing to wait quite a while to finish downloading a scene before viewing. Thus, there could definitely be more viewing options added to keep member's entertained and able to view scenes without having to download a full-length file.
- Although niche specific, this is all non-exclusive porno content that could be found elsewhere online.
- Videos are labeled "DVD Quality", but they're really not. WMV streams don't go any higher than 1400k, which is just about average these days compared to what other sites are offering.
The Conclusion:
BDSM Giant is a great place to find some classic fetish and BDSM DVD content. The overall site design and set-up is nice enough and new DVD titles are being added weekly. Add the fact that your $24.95 monthly membership also gives access to another 12+ sites and you've got BDSM gold. Now it's time to step it up. More viewing options, such as streams, would be a key addition to the videos. While they're at it I'd like to see even higher bitrates as well. Overall there's clearly plenty of room to improve, but when it comes to BDSM basics, the Giant has got you covered.
