Bad Puppy is known to me because I've been working in this business for years and their site has been online for over a decade. It's definitely one of the most entrenched sites in the gay niche that has been around since the early days of internet porn. Still, the guest tour is kinda old school in that they promise a lot but don't really provide insight into what the member's area actually looks like. Reviews and site content facts like we have on TBP come in quite handy for sites like this.

The Goods:

- A Massive Database of Gay Content. The site has been around so long and they're constantly adding new stuff so Bad Puppy can accurately be described as a gay supersite. There is a ton of hardcore guy/guy, solo models, and groupsex in all forms in the collection. There's also stuff like ezines, erotic stories, video reviews, voyeur cams, and similar stuff.

- Lots of Daily Updates. Everyday sees new stuff added to their collection. The update page is a simple text layout with bullet point items, usually around 10 per day. The new additions really are a mix of stuff from all the parts of the site.

- Active Forums & Community. There are forums, chatrooms, and community sections along with member profiles. The forums have threads about everything from general site discussion to models, photographers, politics, etc.

The Bads:

- Design/Navigation Could be Improved. Bad Puppy is faced with the problem of having so much stuff that it's tough to keep it organized. A top navigation menu bar has things categorized into common-sense sections but it's nothing flashy. I think the average design is something members just have to accept as a trade-off for the huge and varied content collection.

- Content Quality Varies Depending on Age. Content quality and viewing options, especially the pictures, have improved over time. Heading deeper into the archives does bring up more average looking stuff.

Conclusion:

Bad Puppy's monthly price is reasonable, in fact I was surprised (but glad) they didn't charge a little more. The non-recurring 10 day trial is pricey and unique; I'm not sure what to make of that. All in all this is a solid general hardcore gay paysite meant for anyone looking to get a whole lot of content for their money.
