Backstage 24 reveals the secrets from behind the scenes of porn movies. Here it is, all you ever wanted to know about what goes on in between shoots and all the good stuff that gets left on the cutting room floor, so to speak. See what happens when the male actor can’t get it up, when sex is actually only simulated, and when couples get so carried away they keep fucking long after the scene is finished.
The Goods –
All of the content here is exclusive. This is original material that you definitely won’t see anywhere else. Even the idea is unique. Most sites leave the behind the scenes stuff as bonus content. It’s unusual to find an entire site made out of it.
The videos look good. They play at 1400k and are 720x576 in size. You can view them in your browser and download them as wmvs, and there’s also a Flash option. Despite being just the behind the scenes content, they’ve clearly taken the time to make these movies look good, too.
Updates come often. A new scene is added to the site every three or four days. With twice weekly updates, this site is growing at a very nice pace.
The Bads –
The site is small. There are currently just 25 scenes online. This is still a very new site, having only launched two months ago, so it just needs some time. Updates are coming quickly enough so the size shouldn’t be a problem for long.
The content here is adult and it is entertaining, but I don’t imagine it would be easy to actually get off to. Let’s face it, porn is fantasy, like magic. If you saw behind the curtain, next time the magician makes a bunny disappear you won’t be as impressed. You know it’s not real and you’ve seen the proof. In this case, you’re hearing the directions from the camera man and you see that it’s not just a wild sex romp like it appears in the edited version. Everything is carefully posed and at times faked. You may see some of the magic disappear.
Conclusion –
I enjoyed Backstage 24 but for me it’s more of a one-time deal. I don’t think this is the type of site that I would stick around month after month, especially at $30 a month. It’s certainly entertaining, in a novelty sort of way, and I appreciated the good quality video. I’d recommend giving the trial a go. It’s only a day long, but the site is still pretty small. You could at least get a feel for what the site is about and get a glimpse at the reality of porn.
