Right off, this is a sister site of Sexy Babes, so feel free to click over to check out that review too. These guys do a lot of things right and I'm sure Babes.tv will appeal to a lot of you guys. They make up for using non-exclusive content of well known chicks by having a sharply designed site and top notch content of downright gorgeous babes. Even though the title has a .tv domain, it's still not exclusively a video site. Currently (as of 7/17/04) the content has 27,000+ pics and 139 videos.
No doubt many if not all of these ladies will be familiar to you. Bella Donna, Gina Ryder, Gauge, and Brittney Skye are just a few of them. Some were unknown to me but I'm not completely versed on my adult performers like some of you dudes. I'm sure they're all porn stars, adult models, or the like. If that's the kind of content you're into then this site should be right up your alley.
Picture quality is high and the average size is 700x1024. It's nice stuff that won't disappoint which is elevated further by the dynamite looks of the models. The combination of sharp pictures and sexy babes makes the galleries downright fun. Another plus is that every gallery is available as a zip file. The videos are amazingly sharp too and available in both Windows Media Player and QuickTime. Whereas the photos are mostly softcore there's some girl/girl, toy play, and masturbation in the vids. These girls are true pros who really know how to put on a quality show for the camera. Even with the nice video action, Babes.tv is best classified as a softcore glamour site.
It happens that these glamour pornstars aren't my favorite type of models. They're sexy, but my preference is more the amateur girl-next-door type. Still it's clear to me that if you like pornstar ladies then Babes.tv will probably deliver what you want to see. I definitely suggest browsing the free areas of the site before joining. That'll give a good insight into what's available to members. Non-members get to see the full site (except for the actual galleries and videos of course). There's no tricky or deceptive tour here, what you see is what you get. My main complaint is about the price. Even with it's positive points $29.95/mo is a lot of money for a site like this and there are sites that would provide more for less money. They do deliver the goods, but it's not quite thirty bucks worth.

Since our initial review Babes.tv has doubled the amount of content. That goes for both the number of picture and videos. I expected to see growth but double the amount of content is impressive. The numbers are now 50,000+ pics and 250+ videos. Browsing around I found a good amount of hardcore shoots and videos including sex, blowjobs, and girl/girl action. The only thing that frustrated me was when hardcore scenes were relegated to photo shoots. I'd rather see softcore in photos and keep hardcore to just videos. That's okay though, this is still a top notch site with high quality content of sexy chicks in all kinds of action.
Score decreased from 87.2 to 84.5.

It's been a couple years since our last look at Babes.tv and the site continues to update six days a week. Essentially that is the only change to report on - the increased amount of content. The basics remain the same with a lot of content of famous stars in solo and hardcore pictures and videos. While the quality of the content is nice they've held the quality steady for several years now and this includes the video level. Many other movie sites have higher resolution videos so by comparison Babes.tv's are not quite as impressive as they were back during our initial review.
Score remains at 84.5.
