A Lot of Models is a bit unusual in that they don't really have any one specialty. They're a general porn site with a collection that encompasses lots of different porn. Hardcore, softcore, amateurs, and pros can all be found here along with a number of more specific niches too. Usually sites have some angle they're going for but A Lot of Models doesn't fit that pattern except for having hot girls. This concept here kind of reminds me of meeting a lawyer without a legal specialty - they do exist but they're not too common.
The Goods:
- Good Amount of Pics & Videos. The main sections here include Amateurs, Asians, Babes, Pornstars, Teens, and Exclusive Girls. The mix includes pictures and videos in each section. As you can see in TBPs site facts the total amount of content is 100k+ pics and 200+ videos (as of Feb '07).
- Clean Design & Organization. I like the categorization and sub-categorization they have. The main sections appear on a header and sub-section pop up quickly when they are scrolled over. In addition the overall graphics and design are sharp without anything confusing going on.
The Bads:
- Vids Broken into Many Clips. This is one of those sites where I really wanted full-movie files but they are not offered. Instead the video scenes are broken into anywhere from a few clips to 10+. This makes for a lot of streaming and downloading in order to obtain an entire movie.
- Sort of a Generic Porn Collection. I discussed this concept in my opening but I mention it here because there isn't that hook that would make A Lot of Models jump out at you. I'm not saying the concept should be changed, stuff like high res photos or great video options would be stand out features. Right now things are plain in too many ways.
Conclusion:
A couple items I haven't addressed yet are the updates and price. Both of those items are fine. The member's main page has a record of updates that show they get new stuff many times per week. At $24.95/mo the price is standard for paysites of this size.
