Well looking at the site for the first time, I gotta say that I'm not too impressed yet. The page looks like a huge mish-mash of images and text thrown together, and it's very confusing to try to navigate around. I think part of the problem is that they try to showcase everything they offer (which is probably quite a bit of stuff), which makes it seem a little cluttered.
The member's area looks much the same, so I'll have to deal with it I guess. Basically the premise here is that they offer up some enticing photos and videos of some bigger-name babes with guns, knives, and other military paraphernalia. I'm not the biggest fan of this stuff, but I'll do my best to describe it for the review.
Choose from girls such as Sylvia Saint, Veronica Zemanova, Silvie Thomas, and more. All the direction is done by Scotty JX, whom I don't really know anything about unfortunately. From the main page you can go to the photo and video galleries for each of the girls. Here the fun begins with a new window popping up each time you click a link. I'm not a fan of this at all, but it's easily overlooked for now.
I thought the video section would be the best, so I started there. Unfortunately I ended up not liking the videos at all for some reason. Quality-wise they are good enough, they are split into low- and high-quality versions of Windows Media, Real Video, and Quicktime. The only one that started playing right away (without downloading completely first) was the Windows Media, so that's what I checked out. The video is 320x240, encoded at 550kbps. It looks pretty darn good, but not perfect. I noticed a few jagged lines and stuff once in a while, but overall the video quality is pretty decent.
My biggest problem was the content of the videos. Basically we'd see some very (very!) hot chicks wearing the same boots the last girl wore, usually holding some type of weapon. She'd walk around, obviously nervous about something (who knows what?), and then decide to do a 360 before crouching down and firing off a few shots. She'd fire left, right, up, and down, basically anywhere she felt like firing with no real direction plot-wise. She'd then be content to stand up and do a 180, showing us her great-looking oiled-up butt, before kneeling back down and shooting some more shots off indiscriminately. The weapons and locations look great, and the girls look even better, but watching the videos was just very annoying to me.
Thankfully I enjoyed the photo section quite a bit more, despite not enjoying the weaponry displayed like I probably should. They offer up large and small photo sizes (small being around 800x550, large being around 1024x700) for newer sets, while older ones only contain the smaller photo size. They are very glamour-esque in nature, with softcore posing being the norm here. Thankfully the same scenery and weapons are in place, along with the beautiful women, which make for some great looking photos.
The photos are about the only thing I enjoyed. Unfortunately all the small negatives added up for me in the big picture. Between the new windows opening up with every link, boring (for me) video content, sloppy page layouts (even the title of the pages is "Action Girl's" which doesn't quite make sense grammatically, not that I'm perfect either), plus the $30 monthly price tag add up for me. They do update pretty often, usually 5-6 times a week, with either a new video, new photoset, or new soundtrack. If you're really into this stuff, there's nowhere else you'll really find a site like this for now, but for anyone who's like me I think I'd recommend you pass on this one.

Things look pretty similar around here, and it's been a while since we've been able to check the site out! They've been growing pretty well with a new scene about once a week I think. Unfortunately my initial review still stands true for the most part. With the site being the same (with its problems), the videos being the same (with their pros/cons as well), and the price still being pretty high, I just can't raise the score a ton. At least the site is still active and growing, which is more than I can say for some sites. If you are into this stuff, it's an even better value today than it was last time - it's just not for me.
Score increased from 78.1 to 79.0.

There are three changes here since our last visit to Action Girls: more content, better quality, and a higher price tag. They're up to $35 a month, which will hurt them a bit in my score unfortunately. Thankfully they're up to over 100 videos now which is nice to see. Quality also jumped up a bit, though that's more keeping up with the times than jumping up to anything too extraordinary. Overall, the site is as good as it was the first time around. There's still room for improvements to the site itself, and the price tag will definitely make some shy away, but the content is unique at least and the site is still growing.
