3X Mpeg is kind of nuts. They aren't kidding when they as "do you like it hard?" At first glance it appears to be another videos site similar to many others. Even the first page of the free tour highlights four scenes featuring a solo girl, some banging, and a facial cumshot - nothing special about any of that. Beyond that thing get much crazier very quickly. Straightforward boy/girl sex seems to be in the minority on this site and their tagline "it doesn't come any harder" doesn't necessarily nail down the weirdness and variety that can be found.
Bondage, object insertions, fisting, pregnant, peeing, squirting, shaving, and double penetrations are all featured on 3X Mpeg. The tamest scenes seem to be in the Amateur category where some solo girls play with toys. Once you move to other categories then group sex tends to be the tamest of the remaining scenes (except for the occasional 1 boy/1 girl video). Perhaps the best thing these movies have going in their favor is that they're European (French I thing, but don't quote me on that). I've never seen any of these movies before and they certainly have a unique feel about them. The site states that they're all exclusive, the bottom line is if you're not familiar with European porn then most of what the site offers will be notably different than the American porn you're used to. Besides that, it's also kind of fun to hear porn in a foreign language.
Do I even need to say the videos are Mpegs? It would be damn funny though they weren't. There really aren't many options for users. Each movie can be streamed or downloaded as one file. The quality is very high and even though they're big files that take a long time to download, they stream very quickly and smoothly (at least for me on my cable modem).
You'll notice 3X Mpeg is part of the Explosive Pass network, although the truth is it's more accurate to say 3X is the network. I got suspicious when I saw 3X doesn't showcase any links to other sites which is what networks usually do and I eventually discovered that the network sites are simply niches of the movies already found on 3X. So if you sign up here, the network won't really do anything for you. It's only applicable if you had joined up at one the niche sites.
Currently (as of 1/10/05) 3X Mpeg has 188 movies. What's really missing is an updates list or dates on the listings. I have no idea if the site is growing and if so, then how fast? Like the network, the $24.95/mo price is somewhat misleading since the only way to join is to first go with a $4.95 3-day trial which then recurs at $24.95. In my book that makes this a $30/mo site. I'd recommend it to those who are into both extremely hardcore banging and fetishes. Also, I suppose it'd be a decent choice if you want some different European style porn.
